Electra was founded in 2016 by Sadhbh Fahy. 

After 15 years living in Paris, working in the Music Industry with artists such as Madonna, Red Hot Chili Peppers, P. Diddy, Tracy Chapman, Alanis Morissette, Enya; and then at Apple Retail as the Marketing Events manager for France, she wanted to bring a certain Parisian touch back to the Irish retail landscape.

Electra denotes strength, femininity, sensuality, brightness, originality and elegance.
